Information on OFSZ eID application

With the OFSZ eID application, you can easily and quickly manage your credit card payment transactions using your phone, and Strong-Customer Authentication with the application guarantees the security of transactions.

When downloading the application, you can activate the application through the OFSZ customer service, then use your own phone to confirm the payment transaction by entering your PIN code or biometric data (fingerprint), so only the transactions authenticated by you will be performed. If there is a technical obstacle to identification on the application, you can authenticate your payment transaction in the traditional way with the code received in the SMS. During identification with the mobile application, the OFSZ does not process personal data.
